An open letter:
To the *sshole who pinched my $35 navy blue, golf-size Totes umbrella from the New York Public Library- Webster Branch (York Ave at 78th Street) and forced me and my two babies to walk home in the freezing, pouring rain without cover, caused my Lilah to to yell out in desperation "Hold me! My hands are freezing!" and made my little Jack-ee-poo drenched, I say this:
Seriously??? Who in their right mind steals an umbrella from a children's library?????
